Summer was shown 1X as a first freshener in 2001. She was 1st place 2yo and GCH, earning her first milking leg. She is very deep and wide, with lovely general appearance and dairy character. As a bonus, she freshened with a lovely, well attached mammary, and milked very well. She easily earned her permanent championship.
Summer descends from a family of beautiful, deep does. Bette her grandmother was our original nubian. Bette was a personal favorite, and I was thrilled to have this lovely grandaughter as her legacy.
Summer had lovely Explorer kids, in fact her only daughter, CH Lynnhaven E Spring Rain, owned by the Jordans in FL, Finished her CH as a 2 year old first freshener, and appraised 90 this year at 3. That doe is full sister to our buck, *B Lynnhaven E Summer At Home. We lost Summer this summer, but thankfully have her son. We have used him heavily. |
