Sequoia is a very long, wide , level and correct buck. He just oozes breed character with the most incredibly beautiful head and ears--particularly on a buck! He is currently listed in the #1 position, according to USDA records, for percentage linebreeding on ++*B Brown Sugar's Crown Ambassador.
His pedigree reads like a who's who of nubian genetics. His sire, +*B Kastdemur's Crown Excess, is the littermate brother to the 1997 ADGA National Champion, GCH Kastdemur's Crown Extatic 3*M. Excess also sired the 1st place Sr. Get of Sire at the 2001 National Show, and he has at least 3 GCH daughters who appraised EX90! Sequoia's dam, Kastdemur's Crown Salena 9*M, has 2 legs toward her permanent championship. She was 5th place/3rd Udder Milking Yearling at the 1998 National Show. Her dam, GCH Kastdemur's LS Sonoma 8*M, was 1st place/1st Udder 2 year old at the 1997 National Show.
Sequoia is the sire of at least 2 CH daughters. CH Lynnhaven SQ Opal, owned by Tom Justice of Ohio was 13th place 2yo at this year's ADGA National Show.
