Gideon was sold as a baby to Stephanie Pieck of Song of Joy Nubians here in NY. When Stephanie dispersed her herd last year, I jumped at the chance to bring Gideon back into the herd. Not only is he a son of Sequoia, who we lost this year, he is incredibly correct in front end and long and level throughout. Sharp in the withers, very tight at the shoulders, just a very correct buck overall.
Additionally, he has a number of finished half sisters by Sequoia, and is half brother to GCH Gwen LA 91, pictured above.
I have used him on a number of lovely does in the herd, and cannot wait for his kids to arrive. |
